Seven hours in, and I’ve discovered that I’m much the same in-game as I am in real life: I take a bunch of pictures to immortalize the places I go and the people I’m with. It’s nice to look back at photos taken and reminisce about events long past. I can’t say these events are long-past, but Mass Effect: Andromeda is a beautiful game and I’ve been enjoying taking photos as I explore the galaxy. Here’s the first batch! I really like some of them, and if I wasn’t so in love with my computer wallpaper I’d have some more Mass Effect on my screen…
And of course, we found out how much abuse the Nomad can take…
Hope you enjoyed the pictures! Is there a game you’ve been playing recently that was just too beautiful to not photograph? Let me know in the comments!
Thanks for stopping by, and I’ll see you soon!

no explosion on the Nomad? What heresy is this? Tanks in videogames should be made of Explodium! Also, good screen captures

Glad you like the captures! haha Yeah it was interesting driving a flaming Nomad at 95 mph like everything was fine…

Gorgeous photos! You captured such stunning screenshots! Now you can retroactively change that boat picture, haha.

Thanks! And that’s why I put the boat picture up when I did haha. I knew I’d be bombarding you all with Andromeda!!

Beautiful pictures! That Nomad thing sure can take beating, haha.
I’ve really been loving taking screenshots lately! It’s a great way to look back on a game down the road. It’s also nice to share your adventures with people online too. 🙂

Right?? I bailed *so fast* when it caught fire, and just stood there watching it for a while and nothing happened. I was impressed with its dedication to not exploding.
And screenshots are great! I love how much simpler it is on the PS4. Sony apparently realized that folks like sharing what they found in-game with their off-line (or online) friends, and I’m glad for that! 🙂

I would have done the same thing! The GTA series has taught me to instinctively run away from vehicles that are on fire 🙂

GTA has us all trained well in car “safety” procedures!! haha

Trying to do the same and take more screenshots to share with everyone. Good way to tell the world what you are enjoying about the game with few words
Once I get into it more mass effect pics I’ll be taking but other than this I’m taking tons of pics in Zelda

Very cool! From the pictures I’ve seen, Zelda is absolutely beautiful, too. If you have a chance to post (unless I missed them), I’d love to see them!

No explosion? The tests weren’t extensive enough :p

That seems to be the consensus haha. I’ll try harder next time 😉

I love your pictures! It’s so fun to document your adventures. I’m obsessed with screenshots too. I take a lot of pictures in real life as well, but in a video game I have absolutely no shame!

Thanks! Yeah I’ve been having fun tracking my progress through Andromeda haha. I’m glad there is someone else who takes a lot of photographs (both in and out of game)! I always try to convince people that it’s really *not* weird to always have my camera haha.
…And that little “share” button is dangerous…. 🙂

Lovely photos! I also love taking screenshots, probably sometimes more than playing whatever actual thing I’m doing in the game, lol.
